Viacation has been happily making tourists smile every single day, planning vacations, honeymoons, and family trips. And then one day, we received a very special requirement. Britannia wanted us to plan their corporate offsite. It was a big moment for us. Handling everyday travel is one thing, but planning an offsite for such a respected and iconic company felt like a proud milestone.
Their team wanted a relaxing yet productive getaway, basically something that would balance work and fun. A place where employees could attend important meetings without missing the joy of travelling together. We knew immediately that this was a chance to create a benchmark and help a big team connect, work, celebrate and recharge.
For a group of around 180 members, we suggested Jim Corbett. It has a great contrast of peace and adventure. Britannia wanted a premium experience, so we arranged a beautiful 5-star resort, smooth travel from Gurgaon to Corbett and back, and all the things needed for a successful corporate trip, meeting halls, leisure plans, everything. We made sure everything was ready before the team arrived.
The experience was exciting for us from day one. Managing such a large group means lots of coordination, like room allocations, conference arrangements, travel timing, meals, evening activities, and so much more. But our team enjoyed every bit of it. We welcomed everyone with personalised attention, and special gift hampers were arranged to add a warm, memorable touch to the arrival. Seeing the smiles at check-in gave us confidence that we were off to a great start.
Britannia wanted both work and enjoyment, so we designed the plan accordingly. Meetings happened smoothly with all audio-visual support, comfortable seating and refreshments. And for post-work enjoyment, the team enjoyed poolside time, delicious meals, music and laughter. The energy was just the way a successful offsite should feel.
One of the highlights was the Jim Corbett jungle safari. It brought the entire team closer to nature and added a fun adventure element to the offsite. Everyone came back refreshed and excited after the experience, and then continued with the remaining sessions and evening celebrations. Watching the team bond, interact and enjoy together made us feel really proud of the effort behind the scenes.
For us, the most satisfying moment came when the Britannia team shared their feedback. They appreciated our planning, our responsiveness, and how smoothly everything ran. They mentioned that their entire team had a wonderful time, and the trip became a perfect mix of meaningful work and fun moments.
