Viacation is a registered travel company that provides travelers with the best travel experiences across the globe. To protect our brand, intellectual assets, and the work of our contributors, the following copyright and content usage policy governs all digital and creative content associated with Viacation.
This policy applies to our official website, mobile applications, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), emailers, offline brochures, and any co-branded marketing material shared with our community or clients.
Intellectual Property Ownership
All materials published by Viacation — including but not limited to:
- Written content (blogs, articles, itineraries, destination guides)
- Visual content (photographs, illustrations, graphics, videos)
- Branding elements (logos, taglines, UI designs, product names, iconography)
- Audio (voice-overs, background scores, music licensed or commissioned)
- Web content (product descriptions, CTA headlines, ad creatives)
- Any downloadable materials (PDFs, eBooks, guides)
Above all, pointers are the intellectual property of Viacation or are used under exclusive/valid license agreements. Applicable copyright laws, design rights, trademarks, and other intellectual property laws in both India and internationally protect all such content. You may not reuse, duplicate, copy, repost, reproduce, translate, display or distribute any Viacation-owned content without our explicit written permission.
Permitted Usage Scenarios
Originality
You may access and use Viacation content under the following conditions:
- For personal, non-commercial use only, such as trip planning or itinerary comparison.
- You may download or print content only for internal travel reference and not for publication or repurposing.
- You must retain copyright credits and attribution if granted use.
- You may not alter, edit, crop, or rebrand our content for use on your website or platform.
- No AI training, dataset compilation, or republishing of Viacation’s content on other platforms is permitted.

Ownership & Execution
Viacation encourages original and locally curated content. All vendors or suppliers listing on our platform must agree to the following terms regarding content uploads and experience details:
1. Content Ownership:
- All content you upload must be either owned by you or licensed to you for full commercial use.
- You must have written consent from the photographer/videographer or be the creator yourself.
- Viacation reserves the right to ask for source files, licensing documentation, or proof of ownership at any time.
2. Originality & Exclusivity:- If you have listed the same tour on multiple websites, you are required to rewrite the content submitted to Viacation to maintain uniqueness.
- Itineraries must not be directly copied from third-party marketplaces or OTAs.
3. Prohibited Practices:- Submitting fake images, AI-generated photos without license disclosure, plagiarised descriptions, or third-party owned media is strictly prohibited.
- Tours listed must be organized by your agency. Reselling or brokering without prior written consent is a violation.
Violations may result in permanent blacklisting, legal consequences, or removal of all listings associated with your vendor account.
Contributor Content Terms
For content creators, freelancers, or brand collaborators contributing to Viacation:
- All submitted content must be original, unpublished, and plagiarism-free.
- Viacation will retain full publishing rights to approved work, including the right to adapt or repurpose it for marketing.
- If your content uses stock images, background scores, or third-party references, proper attribution or license documents must be submitted.
- Viacation may watermark, compress, or brand your submitted content for use across its properties.
- You may request crediting guidelines for co-branded usage, but Viacation reserves editorial control over all published versions.
Copyright Infringement Handling
If you believe your original content has been used on Viacation platforms without authorization, you may raise a formal copyright violation complaint by writing to [email protected] with the following details:
- Your full name and contact details
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The URL or specific location of the disputed content
- Proof of ownership, which may include:
1. Original files with metadata
2. Screenshots of first publication
3. Copyright registration certificates
4. Artist contracts or licenses - A signed declaration that all the information you provided is accurate and you are the legal owner of the work.
We take all copyright claims seriously and respond within 7 business days. If the uploader fails to respond with valid proof or counter-notice, the content will be removed from Viacation’s platform. DMCA Compliance & Legal Jurisdiction Viacation complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Indian Copyright Act of 1957, and international copyright norms. All legal disputes, notices, or claims related to content ownership or intellectual property rights will be governed under the jurisdiction of Gurugram, Haryana, India.
Additional Rights Reserved by Viacation
- Viacation reserves the right to remove or modify any content at its discretion.
- Any violation of our copyright policy may lead to suspension or legal action.
- We may display user-uploaded content (with credit) in our promotional campaigns across platforms.
