Package T&C:

Vouchers will be shared with travellers 3 days prior to the travel date.The rates provided are indicative and subject to change. Any increase or decrease in the number of passengers may result in a revision of the final pricing, based on the updated count and current availability.

All rates, services, and inclusions mentioned on this website are strictly subject to availability and may change without prior notice. Prices are indicative and based on current rates, applicable taxes, and foreign exchange as on the booking date. Viacation does not guarantee availability until confirmation is received.

After receipt of the initial payment, final hotel confirmation and updated payable amount will be shared within 48–72 hours. In case the selected hotel is sold out, an alternative hotel of similar category and cost (as per the hotel’s contracted rates with Viacation) will be offered. Basic room categories will be booked by default unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.

Any changes in rates from hotels, resorts, airlines, or third-party suppliers will be applicable, and clients will be liable to pay any price difference.

The inclusions listed in the itinerary are for reference only. Final inclusions will depend on the specific package selected and confirmed, based on the pricing and terms accepted at the time of booking.

Viacation is not responsible for visa approval, rejection, or delays. We act solely as a facilitator on your behalf with the concerned embassy or consulate. Any visa-related delays or refusals are solely the client's responsibility. In such cases, Viacation's standard cancellation policy will apply.

Properties may collect a refundable security deposit or hold an amount on your credit/debit card at check-in. This is refundable at checkout subject to no damage or outstanding dues.

All bookings are subject to availability, seasonal surcharges, special event blackouts, and applicable policies of respective hotels, airlines, or service providers.

Special requests such as early check-in, room views, bed types, connecting rooms, or smoking preferences are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Any delays or cancellations of the program due to weather conditions, flight delays (arrival or departure), or other unforeseen circumstances will not be eligible for any refund.

In the event of cancellations due to weather, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances, Viacation will strive to secure maximum refunds, subject to agreements with our vendors and trade partners. Some services (e.g., visas, insurance, non-refundable tickets, etc.) are fully nonrefundable. Additional cancellation policies of airlines, cruises, and hotels will also be applicable and must be borne by the client.

Flight Delays or Cancellations: Viacation will not bear any cost for flight delays or cancellations due to bad weather or airline reasons. Accommodation and transport costs in such cases are to be borne by the passenger.

No Refund / Compensation for any unused services or transport under any circumstances. The given itinerary is a general overview. A final day-wise plan will be shared with customers on Day 1 of arrival OR 2-3 days prior to travel only.

Above Rates are not valid in Any type of Event or Exhibitions or blackout dates.

Above Prices are on per person Basis on Double Occupancy or as Specified as otherwise.

The tour cost has been calculated based on current taxes, visa charges, and other applicable fees as of the date of quotation. Any changes in these charges up to the time of departure will result in a revised cost, which must be borne by the client.

In addition to Viacation’s standard cancellation policy, any additional cancellation charges imposed by airlines, cruises, hotels, or other service providers will be the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid as per the applicable terms on the actual date of cancellation.

Some tickets or services may be 100% non-refundable, and the client will be liable for the full cost in such cases.

Any change in government-imposed taxes (GST/TCS etc.) will be applicable and must be paid by the client, regardless of booking date.

Viacation and its ground handling partners reserve the right to amend itineraries or services due to operational requirements or unforeseen events, without prior notice.

By proceeding with a booking and making the initial payment, the client acknowledges and accepts all the above terms and conditions, including cancellation and refund policies. Visa and insurance fees OR any initial amount, once paid, are strictly non-refundable and nonadjustable under any circumstances.

Any component included in the package that is classified as non-refundable will be charged at 100% of its cost. In the event of cancellation, the full amount for such components will be payable in addition to the applicable cancellation charges as per our policy.

In-case of any component is non-refundable client need to make the payment for the same @ 100% irrespective of the payment policy.

All efforts will be made to complete the tour within the stipulated time as per the itinerary, however, we may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.

We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cruise/ boats due to bad weather or for any administrative reasons beyond the control of our management.

The vehicle provided is as per itinerary (point to point basis) and any extra usage will be chargeable. The same is not available at the discretion of the guest.

Any request for early check-in or late check out have to made directly to the hotel and acceptance/denial/additional payment will be applicable as per policies of the hotel management.

We are not responsible for any loss of any valuable things during the trip, please take care of baggage counts all time. No refunds will be made for unused tours, cruise and hotel rooms.

No Refund shall be given if no show due to flight and ferry cancellation.

Important Information:

Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your planned date of return for all international travel.

Please ensure you provide the correct date of birth for each traveller. Incorrect age declarations may result in penalties or fare adjustments at a later stage.

Airline schedules can change without notice. We strongly recommend checking your flight status 24 hours prior to departure to avoid any last-minute surprises.

Viacation representatives will never request sensitive information such as your credit/debit card details, passwords, PINs, CVV, or OTP. Do not share these details with anyone via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or any other channel.

Your final tickets and detailed briefing sheet will be sent to you two days before your departure date.

All activity tickets will be provided to customers upon arrival at the destination by our ground team.

Viacation will not be held responsible if client paid any amount to any third-party account/via QR Transfer or any other method.
