  • The above price is based minimum 10 Adult travelling together, calculated based on total number of adults travelling together.
  • The above price is not valid for travel during peak season, block out dates, trade fair period and special events.
  • It is advisable for all clients to have Overseas Travel Insurance for the entire travel duration of your holiday. Please check details with our Travel Consultant.
  • Private Vehicle is available for POINT TO POINT SERVICES and is not to be considered as VEHICLE ON DISPOSAL.
  • At this point of time no services are confirmed and the same is subject to availability.
  • Your Passport should be valid for 06 months from the return date of arrival to India.
  • Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and charges if any is not included in the package.
  • Hotels can ask you for a security deposit. This amount varies from hotel to hotel. You can either pay using your Credit card to hold a certain amount as a guarantee against incidentals, if incurred. Alternately a cash payment can be made on check-in as a deposit. This is basically as a security for any incidentals if incurred and released subject to payment settled at the time of check-out.
  • Passengers should bring only soft sided bags on safaris.
  • Child with bed policy will be applicable for child under age of 12 Years old.
  • Kindly note that the average hotel room size is smaller as compared to the room sizes available in India.
  • Due to limited luggage space in vehicles, suitcases are unsuitable for scheduled road safaris. We recommend luggage packed in inexpensive barrel/sausage bags or soft sided bags not exceeding 20kgs and 65x46 cm.
  • PAN Card is mandatory for payments exceeding 50,000 or if value of file exceeds 2 lacs or equivalent in Foreign currency.
  • Tour price includes both Indian rupees and foreign currency component (Forex), which is to be paid from traveller’s Basic Travel Quota (BTQ) at the prevailing Rate of Exchange (ROE). Guest can pay in Indian rupees at prevailing foreign exchange rate (selling rate).
