About Deer Park Malsi

Malsi Deer Park, also known as Dehradun Zoo, is a serene zoological park nestled at the foothills of the Shivalik range in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Established in 1976, the park spans approximately 25 hectares and serves as a habitat for diverse wildlife, including spotted deer, nilgai, peacocks, rabbits, and various bird species . It also features a children's play area, a canteen, and a butterfly park . Open from Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an entry fee of ₹20 per person, the park is an ideal spot for families and nature enthusiasts seeking a tranquil escape .
