Sita Temple in Sri Lanka, located in Seetha Eliya near Nuwara Eliya, is one of Sri Lanka’s most sacred Hindu temples and an important pilgrimage site linked to the Indian epic Ramayana. It is believed to mark the exact spot where Goddess Sita was held captive by King Ravana after being abducted from India.
