The Lord Shiva Temple in Tiruchirappalli, popularly known as the Thayumanaswamy Temple, is a revered pilgrimage site located on the historic Rockfort hill. The main deity, Lord Thayumanaswamy, is worshipped in the form of a lingam, and the temple holds deep spiritual significance among Shaivites.
