  3. Avoid Rainy Days: While monsoon greenery is tempting, heavy rains can make the rocks slippery. It’s better to trek during clear weather days in the rainy season.
  4. Start Early: Try to start your trek by 6:30 am or 7:00 pm. This helps you avoid heat and gives you more time to relax at the top.
  5. Travel Light: Pack only essentials—water, snacks, sunscreen, cap, and basic first aid. Heavy bags will make the steep climb tougher.
  6. Local Guides Available: First-time trekkers or families can hire local guides near the base village (Harshewadi or Nirgudpada). They usually charge around ₹300–₹500 for a group and ensure safe navigation.
