1. By Road: Tabo is well-connected by road to Kaza (47 km) and Reckong Peo (155 km). Regular buses and shared taxis run from these towns. Private cabs are also available for a more comfortable journey. The road journey is long but incredibly scenic, passing through high mountain passes and beautiful valleys.
2. By Rail: The closest major railway station is at Shimla, approximately 365 km away. From Shimla, you can take buses or cabs to Reckong Peo or Kaza, and then continue to Tabo.
3. By Air: The nearest airport is in Kullu (Bhuntar Airport), about 250 km from Tabo. However, air is not the best way to travel to Tabo as the airport is located far away. From the airport, you can hire a taxi or board a bus to reach the village via scenic mountain roads.
