Shri Tungnath Temple, Panch Kedar, located at 12,073 feet in Chopta, Uttarakhand, is the highest Shiva temple in the world. Temple opens from May to October, 6 am to 6 pm daily. Closed during the winter months (November to April) due to heavy snowfall. No entry fee for the temple.
