The Thiruvalluvar Statue is a towering monument dedicated to the ancient Tamil poet and philosopher Thiruvalluvar, renowned for authoring the "Tirukkural," a classic work on ethics and morality. Located on a small island near Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu, the statue stands at an impressive height of 133 feet, symbolizing the 133 chapters of the Tirukkural. It combines both artistic elegance and cultural significance, attracting visitors from across the country. Surrounded by the confluence of the Arabian Sea, Bay of Bengal, and Indian Ocean, the statue offers a serene and inspiring setting, making it a prominent landmark and a symbol of Tamil heritage.
