Shri Laxmi Narayan Temple, also known as Birla Mandir, is a beautiful Hindu temple located in New Delhi. Dedicated to Lord Vishnu (Narayan) and Goddess Laxmi, the temple was built in 1939 by the industrialist B.D. Birla and inaugurated by Mahatma Gandhi. Spread over a large area, the temple is built in the traditional Nagara style of architecture using red sandstone and white marble. It features intricately carved idols, shrines, and peaceful gardens. The temple welcomes people of all faiths and is a symbol of unity and devotion. It is a major spiritual and tourist attraction in the capital city.
