Special thanks to our support Komal, she was constantly in touch — keeping us informed about pickups and other essentials. We faced a small hiccup during the trip when our taxi driver felt unwell, but Viacation’s quick response and immediate arrangement of a new vehicle and driver was commendable.
Our new driver, was extremely knowledgeable about Punjab and Himachal. His professionalism, punctuality, and friendly attitude made our journey even more enjoyable. Every spot on the itinerary was covered with great attention and comfort.
