The Flame Towers are a trio of iconic skyscrapers in Baku, Azerbaijan, designed by HOK and completed in 2012. Rising 140 to 190 meters, they symbolize the city’s rich history of fire worship and its nickname, “Land of Fire” . The complex comprises a 39-story residential tower, a 33-story Fairmont hotel, and a 28-story office tower, totaling 234,500 square meters of space . At night, over 10,000 LED panels illuminate the towers, creating dynamic flame-like effects visible across the city . Located on a hill overlooking the Caspian Sea, the Flame Towers have become a defining feature of Baku’s skyline and a symbol of its modern transformation.
